More Testing

OK, to be totally truthful, the test was a disaster. I wanted to test the new timing belt machine and finally got my husband to agree to testing. Got the machine ready and , well, it did not work at all.  Nothing wrong with the machine but being so light weight, there was nothing to hold it on the bed. It was also so compact that there was nothing to hold onto with my feet. So it moved across the bed more readily than it would provide any penetration.

Not wanting to waste all the preparation for a night of fucking, we decided to try one of the good old machines and that we did.

I have played with these machines for years at this point. The idea in designing a different machine was to allow a degree of control that other machines do not provide. I wanted a machine that could be used to communicate between partners, not just a monotonous in out machine.

Once again the dear old hubby proved that this machine can do just that. I don’t think i am even going to bother using the machine for masturbation (although it can do that pretty well) What Steve can do with his thumb and forefinger is amazing. In this particular session we used pretty small “attachments” The stimulation was almost difficult to believe. I wanted more and more but settled for just 3 (or maybe it was four) extended fucking sessions resulting in climax. Steve had at least two orgasms even though he was only manipulating the machine.

As old as i am and with as much experience i have had sexually, this was certainly one of the top ten in my life.

PS  There is nothing wrong with the new timing belt machine. I made a heavier base for it and hope to test it very soon. Steve will be the recipient this time

    Hi there,

It’s been long since I commented on your machines, but I still subscribe to your posts, and this story made me really happy for you and your husband. I’d like to try a machine like that some day, with this kind of controller.

Since I last wrote to you, the VR porn revolution has happened, and company after company are releasing “teledildonics” gear to be used by couples separated by an arbitrary distance. Your device, if it could be connected to the internet, would beat them all, of course.

And then we have the whole tragedy that is the “male masturbators”, where the build quality makes you feel they will probably last ten or twenty sessions at the most.

Have you tried strapping some form of Fleshlight or similar rubbery male masturbator to the shaft of any of your devices, to make it do penile stimulation, wanking you off (or your hubby)? I’m curious about how that would work. The way the market looks at the moment, if your device could do that, you could sell the blueprints for a lot of money, or make even more money yourself if you could bring it to market.

    Thanks for sharing your story!

I have not tried using a male masturbator although there is no reason that one could not be attached. I tried a cheap one once and did not find it very useful so i did not try attaching it to the machine. I am too cheap to buy one of the expensive ones. Maybe another shagmatic owner will try it or has.

When i last checked, the online control methods were simply the ability to control speed and stroke. I did develop both the software and hardware ends of a control system that works through a voice channel. Theoretically this would allow control over the internet, a phone or any other reasonably decent audio link. Recording of performances as audio is also possible. I did basic testing but thought that with the slip of the drive wheel system it was not worth continuing with development and testing. Now that i have the timing belt version it might put more effort in to this. It would help if others wanted to test and or help develop this ability. The system i built required the use of a second microcontroller for audio signal processing. Now that the teensy 3.5 and 3.6 are available it might be possible to use a single micro. I have been meaning to try this but have too many other projects and also the need to support myself getting in the way. Would love to hear from others who want to develop this capability.

    hi
been following your progress with developing your machine. The belt drive offers a much more positive drive than a friction roller. I did prefer the look of the roller machine with it being more compact. Then I came across this http://store.amberspyglass.co.uk/camera-slider-mechanical-kit.html

your could drop the rod and attach the toy directly to the maker slide and mount the motor assembly to the stand, less components and back to a more compact unit.

I might give this one a go my self, just need to sort out the software/electronics, on that front do still have some of your control boards for sale.

    thanks

I am not sure of the advantage of the slider design. i decided on the carriage to minimize the weight of moving parts. i think that the design is slightly more compact with the camera slider design but either the motor or the whole track needs to move. you can not make a machine either way that is shorter than the max travel. the advantage of the drive wheel is that the stroke is limited only by the length of the shaft.

i am not sure if the GT2 belt will last very long with aggressive use. my design is rather light and i was concerned it might not last very well and the camera slide looks even less sturdy, not really designed for rapid acceleration. no way to know without actually building one.

i do have a few assembled boards on hand and plan to get some more boards made. i have been putting it off as long as possible in case i come up with any new ideas.

agree the GT2 belt would need upgrading, if the 4mm thick camera slide is too light can use it for a camera slide for some time laps. An alternative plate would be one of the carriage plates, these are stainless and might offer a bit more space for mounting to a stand.
let me know how much for the control board

I am selling the boards for $250 so as to be able to provide excellent support. I can trade and or discount if support is not needed. These boards are individually hand made which is time consuming.
