New Doc added to Resource Page

I just added a little doc with some helpful information on how to build your own Shagmatic Control Board. This is a very basic first draft and I’m sure there are questions people will have that are not answered. So, if you are thinking of building your own board, please read the doc and the Shagmatic Builder’s Manual and let me know what is not clear or needs to be added to the new doc.
