New Resource Added

I added a new doc to the resource page. It is called Dos and Don’ts. I will add suggestions and warnings as needed. This should be the first thing to read before building a machine. Information is and will be based on feedback from builders. There is little you can do to cause catastrophic damage but a few builders have managed none the less. So please read this doc first and if you have anything to contribute please let me know.
